Are you ready to get in shape? Join Hard Knocks - our small group circuit training with a boxing twist.
Beginners and advanced folks are welcome! You don't have to know how to box to take this class! Circuits are customized to your skill set and fitness goals.
This 35 minute class will give you a full-body workout. You'll work through a series of exercise stations where you will spend 1-2 minutes focusing on weight training, boxing technics, resistance training, cardio, or flexibility work.
This is a great way to keep your workouts fun and fresh every time you go. Our trainer, Dre is there to keep track of time, help guide you with each exercise, and motivate you! Come ready to have fun!
