Are you ready to get in shape? Join our small group circuit training!
This 35 minute class will give you a full-body workout. You'll work through a series of exercise stations where you will spend 1-2 minutes focusing on weight training, resistance training, cardio, or flexibility work. Each class will offer 4 to 6 different circuits with modified options for those just starting to workout or trying to ease themselves back into it.
This is a great way to keep your workouts fun and fresh every time you go. Our trainer, Dre is there to keep track of time, help guide you with each exercise, and motivate you! Come ready to have fun!
