In-studio small group circuit sessions are perfect for customized training on a budget!   
You will use resistance bands, dumbbells, body weight, kettle bell, and other equipment for a fun workout!  Weight loss, toned muscles, & improved flexibility are some of the results you'll enjoy.

Whether your goal is stay lean and strong or to learn or improve boxing or martial arts - our world-renowned fitness director will customize a program for you, as you work in tandem with a small group of 8 people or less!
